पेरिस, 27 जुलाई (आईएएनएस) मनु भाकर ने चेटौरौक्स फ्रेंच नेशनल शूटिंग सेंटर रेंज में पेरिस 2024 ओलंपिक शूटिंग प्रतियोगिता के पहले दिन महिलाओं की 10 मीटर एयर पिस्टल स्पर्धा के फाइनल के लिए क्वालीफाई करके भारतीय शूटिंग दल को अंत में मुस्कुराने का मौका दिया।

मनु के 580 के क्वालीफाइंग स्कोर ने उन्हें 44-खिलाड़ियों के मजबूत क्षेत्र में तीसरा स्थान दिया, क्योंकि हंगरी की टॉपर वेरोनिका मेजर (582) सहित शीर्ष आठ रविवार को फाइनल के लिए वापस आएंगे। यह भारतीय पिस्टल स्टार का पहला ओलंपिक फाइनल होगा।
