Durand Cup: दिमित्री पेट्राटोस के मैच के एकमात्र गोल की मदद से मोहन बागान सुपर जाइंट ने रविवार को यहां क्रॉस-टाउन प्रतिद्वंद्वी ईस्ट बंगाल को हराकर 132वें डूरंड कप फुटबॉल टूर्नामेंट का खिताब जीत लिया।

भारत की सबसे पुरानी फुटबॉल प्रतियोगिता के सुपर संडे के दिन, मोहन बागान ने 10 खिलाड़ियों से होने के बावजूद, इमामी ईस्ट बंगाल (ईईबी) के खिलाफ ग्रुप चरण में अपनी हार का बदला लेते हुए फाइनल में कोलकाता डर्बी को 1-0 से जीत लिया।

दूसरे हाफ की शुरुआत में अनिरुद्ध थापा को दूसरे बुक करने योग्य अपराध के लिए बाहर भेजे जाने के बाद पेट्राटोस ने 71वें मिनट में विजयी गोल दागा।
