PV Sindhu BWF World Championship 2025: सिंधु मैच की शुरुआत में अपने लय में नजर नहीं आईं। एक समय स्कोर 6-6 से बराबर था, लेकिन वर्दानी ने ब्रेक तक 11-7 की बढ़त बना ली। पहला गेम सिंधु 21-14 से हारीं। दूसरे सेट में सिंधु ने वापसी की और 21-13 से जीत हासिल की, लेकिन तीसरे और निर्णायक सेट में सिंधु फिर पिछड़ गईं और वर्दानी ने 16-21 से जीत हासिल करते हुए मैच अपने नाम कर लिया।

इस हार के साथ ही सिंधु चीन की झांग निंग का एक विश्व रिकॉर्ड तोड़ने से चूक गईं।
