Liverpool Agree Deal To Sign French Wonderkid Djylian N'Guessan
U20 World Cup: Liverpool have signed French forward Djylian N'Guessan from Saint-Etienne. The 18-year-old is set to officially join the club on a permanent transfer in January.
N'Guessan will be loaned to Ligue 1 club Brest for the first half of the season, and Liverpool will make a decision in January whether to leave him in France or to bring him to Anfield, or loan him somewhere else for the rest of the season.
Come January, Fabian Mrozek’s loan at FC Cincinnati will have finished, so there will be a loan space available. He would also be eligible for a work permit to play in the UK by then.
