Middlesex Sign England Pacer Olly Stone On Short-term Loan From Nottinghamshire
Nottinghamshire Head Coach Peter Moores: Middlesex have announced the signing of England fast bowler Olly Stone on a two-week loan deal from Nottinghamshire, ahead of the final phase of the County Championship season.
Stone, 31, has represented England in all three formats internationally and will be available for Middlesex’s three remaining matches, starting from their Division Two clash against Derbyshire at Lord’s on Tuesday.
The fixture on Tuesday is set to be the Stone’s first game in first-class cricket since recovering from a knee injury sustained before the start of the summer. He has since made four appearances in the T20 Blast for Notts Outlaws and two in The Hundred for London Spirit. Read More...
