सिली हुई हाइब्रिड पिचों में अधिकांश प्राकृतिक टर्फ घास के साथ लगभग पांच प्रतिशत मुड़े हुए धागे का मिश्रण होता है और यह पिच के लम्बे समय तक चलने में सहायक सिद्ध होता है। यह आयोजन स्थल पर तीन गुना अधिक संख्या में मैच आयोजित करने की भी अनुमति देता है।
एसआईएस पिच्स ने भारत में अपनी यात्रा शुरू कर दी है और अभ्यास के लिए इन पिचों को हिमाचल प्रदेश क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन (एचपीसीए) में सफलतापूर्वक लागू किया है और इसके ठोस परिणाम मिले हैं।
