ऑस्ट्रेलिया में घरेलू टूर्नामेंट शेफील्ड शील्ड (Sheffield Shield) का आगाज हो चुका है जहां टूर्नामेंट का तीसरा मुकाबला वेस्टर्न ऑस्ट्रेलिया (Western Australia) और क्वींसलैंड (Queensland) के बीच पर्थ में खेला जा रहा है। इस मुकाबले में क्वींसलैंड के कप्तान मार्नस लाबुशेन माइंड गेम खेलते नज़र आए और उन्होंने एक बेहद अजीब फील्डिंग लगाकर विपक्षी खिलाड़ियों समेत अंपायर तक को कंफ्यूज कर दिया। इस घटना का वीडियो काफी वायरल हो रहा है।
दरअसल, ये घटना वेस्टर्न ऑस्ट्रेलिया की इनिंग के 66वें ओवर में देखने को मिली। यहां खुद मार्नस लाबुशेन बॉलिंग करने आए थे। गौरतलब है कि वो स्पिन नहीं बल्कि मीडियम पेस बॉलिंग कर रहे थे। इसी बीच उन्होंने माइंड गेम खेला। मार्नस ने अपने एक खिलाड़ी को सीधा अंपायर के पीछे ही खड़ा कर दिया। ये देखकर सभी हैरान रह गए। किसी को नहीं पता था कि मार्नस के दिमाग में क्या चल रहा है।
