भारत के पूर्व कप्तान क्रिस श्रीकांत (Kris Srikkanth) ने एडिलेड में बॉर्डर-गावस्कर ट्रॉफी 2024 के दूसरे टेस्ट के दौरान ट्रैविस हेड (Travis Head) को आक्रामक सेंडऑफ (विदाई) देने के लिए मोहम्मद सिराज (Mohammed Siraj) पर अपनी नाराजगी जाहिर की है। श्रीकांत ने कहा कि सिराज को हेड के मैच जिताऊ शतक की तारीफ करनी चाहिए थी।
श्रीकांत ने कहा कि, "उन्होंने गेंदबाजी की जमकर धुनाई की है। अरे सिराज, क्या तुम्हारे पास दिमाग नहीं है? आप क्या कर रहे हो? क्या तुम पागल हो गये हो? उन्होंने मैदान के चारों ओर आपकी धुनाई की। उन्होंने 140 रन की अपनी पारी में आसानी से चौके और छक्के लगाए। उसके बाद आप उन्हें सेंडऑफ दे रहे हैं। क्या इसे स्लेजिंग कहते हैं? यह क्या बकवास है? यह सिर्फ पागलपन है।"
