Lanka Premier League 2026: कुसल मेंडिस बाकी मैचों से बाहर, कोलंबो कैप्स के नए कप्तान बने कामिंडू मेंडिस
लंका प्रीमियर लीग (एलपीएल) 2026 में कोलंबो कैप्स को बड़ा झटका लगा है। टीम के कप्तान और दिग्गज विकेटकीपर बल्लेबाज कुसल मेंडिस दाएं हैमस्ट्रिंग में चोट लगने के कारण टूर्नामेंट से बाहर हो गए हैं। उनकी जगह कामिंडू मेंडिस टीम का कप्तान बनाया गया है। श्रीलंका क्रिकेट ने इसकी पुष्टि की है।
कुसल मेंडिस को चोट कैंडी रॉयल्स के खिलाफ मैच के दौरान लगी थी। कोलंबो के एसएससी मैदान पर खेले गए इस मैच में रन लेने की कोशिश करते समय उन्हें दाएं हैमस्ट्रिंग में परेशानी हुई। इसके बाद मेडिकल जांच में चोट की पुष्टि हुई। चोट की पुष्टि के बाद मेंडिस को टूर्नामेंट के बाकी मैचों से बाहर कर दिया गया।
